We offer Remote Support via a programe called Team Viewer. This programe allows us to work on your PC to fix issues without leaving our office and comming to yours no call out fee and complete security and privacy

To the left of the Install Help button there is a download button. Click on the button to commence the download.

It will bring up a prompt to save the file. Click on “Save File”.

Once the application is finished downloading, go to the file. Double click on your TeamViewer_Setup.exe file to run it.

Click on the Run Button.

Team Viewer setup window will now open. Select the Basic installation option in the first area, in the second area Personal/non-commercial use. Now click on the Accept Finish Button.

The application will now install.
